The project includes two building plots within a quiet courtyard of a representative old building with a front building and side wings. A legally binding building permit has been granted for the construction of two trendy, four-story townhouses. The new buildings connect to the existing staircases and are aligned in location and form with the historic side building. By positioning them along the firewalls of the neighboring buildings – without direct connection to each other – the open view into the courtyard remains preserved, ensuring a spacious outdoor area.
THE PLAN – UNIQUE LIVING stands for the highest exclusivity: each of the two townhouses contains only two spacious maisonette apartments – a total of just four units within a small, private owner community.
